The Industrial Logistics Park of the Novosibirsk Region was established in accordance with Order No. 174-р by the Novosibirsk Region Governor dated 6 June 2007 On Creation of the Industrial Logistics Park.


Novosibirsk Region, Novosibirsk District, 12 km away from Novosibirsk City (to the west), along M-51 federal highway and the Trans-Siberian Railway, 6 km away from Tolmachevo International Airport. In the west, the ILP territory is adjacent to Chik Station of the West-Siberian Railway.


The Park area is 2,000 ha.

The Park territory is divided into three parts (A, B and C sites) by M-51 highway (“Baikal”) and the Trans-Siberian Railway.

Located to the north of M-51.

Located between M-51 and the Trans-Siberian Railway.

A social and business zone for the whole Park will be located on the site around Mokhovoye Lake. The site will accommodate office buildings, a hotel, shopping centres, catering and other social facilities.

C zone 850 ha

Located to the south of the Trans-Siberian Railway, borders upon the residential zone.

Industrial zone for high-tech production.


The land is owned by  OJSC The Industrial Logistics Park Managing Company. Land category: industrial land.


The ILP infrastructure is developed under a single master plan. All utility and transportation lines will be brought to the boundaries of the plots provided to ILP residents for the implementation of investment projects.


The ILP is intended for allocation of transport and logistics complexes and industrial enterprises.



The transport and logistics complex of the Novosibirsk Region is the largest in the eastern part of Russia, and represents a convenient intermodal transit hub.

The Novosibirsk Region including Novosibirsk has competitive advantages over neighbouring regions and everything necessary to host a major industrial and transportation hub on its territory:
