NDUSTRIAL AND LOGISTICS PARK OF NOVOSIBIRSK REGION
The Industrial and Logistics Park of the Novosibirsk Region is a certified multi-sector industrial park designed to facilitate the development of logistics and industrial companies.
ILP was established in 2007 at the initiative of the Goverment of the Novosibirsk Region and the Investment Promotion Agency of the Novosibirsk Region.

PARK AREA TOTAL AREA OF THE PARK IS 1,172 HA
In November 2015, the Industrial logistics Park obtained a Certificate of Compliance with the Russian Federation national standard GOST R 56301-2014 Industrial Park. Requirements.
Basic engineering and transport infrastructure has been built and put into operation in the park, including a high pressure gas pipeline, electric grid facilities, individual rail tracks, and on-site motor roads.
PARK INFRASTRUCTURE
Basic engineering and transport infrastructure facilities have been built and commissioned on the territory of the Park.
Power and heat supply
Power is received through a connection to the centralised power supply networks. The total electrical power is 42.5MW. ILP residents are supplied with heat from a 16MW gas boiler.
Railway networks
The Park's railway network consists of a sorting yard and individual access roads to resident sites. A railway transport organisation provides wagon supply and collection services within the Park.
Water disposal system
The Park's water disposal and sewerage system is a network of household and storm sewers and wastewater treatment plants. Domestic wastewater from each site is supplied to the Park's treatment facilities with the capacity of 3,500 m3 a day.
Gas supply system
Gas is supplied centrally from the gas distribution plants outside and within the ILP via the distribution network to all residents who need it. The technical gas supply capacity is 12,212 Nm3 per hour.
Road network
The Park's road network is a unified complex of two-lane on-site roads with a high-strength cement concrete pavement. There are plans to build a two-level interchange on the R-254 Irtysh federal highway.
